Cancellation may vary as per hotels & during high peak season
Refund mode will be same as we have received the payment. eg; If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to the customer credit card.
Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Cancellation for any booking are to be made to our Head Office (under copy to the staff corresponding with the customer) through e-mail info@senkaytwd.com
